Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 2โ€“3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak demand periods โ€” including product launches, seasonal promotions, and holiday events โ€” processing times may be extended.

International Orders
For all international destinations, shipping fees include duties or taxes.

Except: Indonesia and Israel. These charges are determined by your countryโ€™s customs office and must be paid to release your order upon arrival.

If customs fees are not paid upon delivery, the order may be returned or disposed of by customs authorities.

Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as weather events, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand).

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@pixyls.ca within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
