Frequently Asked Questions

I haven’t done anything like this, is this for me?

Yes! Every kit comes with everything you need: you just match the numbered stickers to the numbered spaces. If it’s your first time, start with one of our beginner kits.

How long does it take to complete?

It depends on the size. Small canvases typically take 3 to 5 hours, medium canvases take 6 to 10 hours, and large canvases can take 15 to 25+ hours. Most people work on them over multiple sessions.

What if I mess up?

Every kit includes at least 10% more stickers than required to complete the kit.

What is your return policy?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges, but if anything is wrong with your order, we’ll make it right. Just email support@pixyls.ca within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of you.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the USA from our warehouse in Raleigh, North Carolina.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Orders under this threshold have a $7 shipping cost.
